U okviru programa stipendiranja postdiplomskih i doktorskih studija koje administrira Studentski informativni centar SRCe otvoreni su slijedeći programi:
CeepusCEEPUS II

BiH je od 2007. godine uključena u CEEPUS II regionalni projekat razmjene. U CEEPUS-u odnosno u Centralno evropskom programu razmjene za univerzitetske studije, trenutno učestvuje 14 zemalja članica. Pored BiH u programu učestvuju i Albanija, Austrija, Bugarska, Hrvatska, Češka, Mađarska, Makedonija, Crna Gora, Poljska, Rumunija, Srbija, Slovačka i Slovenija. Pravna osnova CEEPUS-a zasniva se na međunarodnom Sporazumu koji su potpisale zemlje članice.

Početni CEEPUS I Sporazum potpisan je u Budimpešti prije 15 godina, tačnije 1993 godine, a CEEPUS II Sporazum koji je trenutno na snazi potpisan je u Zagrebu 2003 god. i važiće do 2011 god., sa ciljem postizanja Zajedničkih diploma. U pripremi je i CEEPUS III Sporazum koji će biti zasnovan na povezivanju sa oblastima naučnog istraživanja.

FULBRIGHT VISITING SCHOLAR PROGRAM 2009-2010

The Embassy of the United States of America in Bosnia & Herzegovina is pleased to announce the Fulbright Scholar Program competition for research in the United States during the 2009-2010 academic year.
The Fulbright Visiting Scholar Program brings scholars to the United States for up to one academic year of professional research with the goal of increasing mutual understanding between the people of the United States and the people of other countries.  The Fulbright experience should be of value not only to the scholar, but also to the scholar's home university - its students and faculty - as well as to the host U.S. institution. Fulbright scholars serve as cultural ambassadors and should be prepared to speak about their country, culture, and research to academic and community groups.

Stipendije Vlade Italije za ak.god. 2008/2009. za državljane BiH i italijanske državljane sa prebivalištem u BiH (AIRE)

Ambasada Italije u Sarajevu, i ove godine, dodjeljivat će državljanima Bosne i Hercegovine i državljanima Italije sa prebivalištem u BiH, stipendije koje finansira Vlada Italije, a za školovanje u Italiji tijekom akademske 2008/2009.
Stipendije su namijenjene licima koja bi jedan dio svog znanja željela steći u Italiji, i to tijekom perioda u trajanju od 1-9 mjeseci i, pri nekoj od institucija kao što su univerziteti, akademije, konzervatoriji, Institut za restauraciju, naučno-istraživački centri i laboratoriji, Nacionalna škola za kinematografiju, biblioteke, arhivi, muzeji i druge vladine institucije. Za dobijanje stipendije za jednu od pomenutih institucija, neophodno je odlično poznavanje italijanskog jezika.
Potencijalni stipendisti Vlade Italije, koji su zainteresirani za pohađanje kurseva italijanskog jezika i kulture za strance, u trajanju od 1-3 mjeseca i pri Univerzitetima za strance u Siena-i i Perugia-i, obavezni su poznavati samo osnove  italijanskog jezika.
Apliciranje za stipendije vrši se prilaganjem odgovarajućeg formulara i dvije fotografije. Pomenuti formular je moguće pronaći na recepciji Ambasade Italije u Sarajevu ili ga zatražiti putem e-maila od Ureda za kulturu Ambasade. 
Aplikacije se podnose od utorka 8. aprila do četvrtka 24. aprila 2008. lično u prostorijama Ambasade ili putem pošte. NEW EUROPE MASTER IN BANKING AND ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Academic Year 2008/2009
After its first five successful editions, that have involved more than 100 participants coming from Italy and Eastern Europe Countries, the sixth edition of the "New Europe Master in Banking and Entrepreneurship" is starting on October 6th 2008.
The Master lasts one year and includes a 3-month internship, a sort of onthe-job-training in one of the banks belonging to UniCredit Group. It aims at giving graduates and young professionals the opportunity to gain specific knowledge of the European Banking System and its multiple relations with the world of finance and the entrepreneurship.
The Course takes place in Conegliano (TV), inside the premises of the superb former Franciscan Monastery, a location that allows to couple the beauty and the peaceful-and-quiet environment of the building with the chance of living in Conegliano, a pleasant man-sized town full of activities,
and at the same time, of being immersed in a part of Italy that represents the heart of the European entrepreneurship model.

In accordance with Article 4 of the Rules for the Awarding of Scholarships for International Student Exchange from the University of Ljubljana Scholarship Fund of 3. 3. 2008, the Administrative Council of the University of Ljubljana Scholarship Fund announces on 7. 3. 2008
AN INVITATION FOR SCHOLARSHIPS APPLICATIONS
for International Student Exchange for students from South and East Europe for the Academic Year 2008/2009.
1.
Scholarships from the University of Ljubljana Scholarship Fund are intended for the funding of short term student exchanges for students from East and South Europe with Institutions of Higher Education appointed by the University of Ljubljana.
Scholarships are awarded to students who hold student status at a foreign university, which has an agreement for student exchanges with the University of Ljubljana and students of the University of Ljubljana. Scholarships cannot be awarded to students for the first year of study.
2.
For the academic year 2008/2009 the Administrative Council is offering approximately 70 scholarships in the amount of 400 EUR per month, totalling 93.458,00 EUR per year.
3.
Regular students of the University of Ljubljana and students of foreign universities, with which the University of Ljubljana has an agreement for student exchanges in the current year or longer time period, may apply for a scholarship.
Applications for scholarships for the 2008/2009 academic year must be submitted by candidates by April 15, 2008.
4.
The following must be attached to the application:
  1. confirmation of enrolment in the current academic year,
  2. confirmation of passed examinations and combined average grade scores,
  3. short resume,
  4. personal statement outlining why the candidate has enrolled for study and reasons for choice of the study program and Institution selected for such study,
  5. recommendations from two professors; each recommendation is to be placed in its own sealed envelope and signed by the writer of the recommendation along the edge of the seal of the envelope; such signature is to be taped over with clear adhesive tape,
  6. application form,
  7. learning agreement signed by Home institution and Host institution.
Candidates must send their application together with all supporting documents to: Komisija za štipendije Štipendijskega sklada UL, Univerza v Ljubljani, Kongresni trg 12, 1000 Ljubljana.

After the expiry of the due date for submission of applications, the Committee for Scholarships will, by 30 April, examine the applications and determine if they are timely, correct and complete.
Incomplete applications will not be examined by the Committee. Late applications will be returned unopened to scholarship candidates by the Committee.
The Committee for Scholarships will select from those candidates who have submitted correctly completed applications and satisfy the criteria:
  1. average grade score,
  2. student's motivation and knowledge of the study programme at the Host institution,
  3. recommendation letters,
  4. other circumstances determining the suitability of a particular candidate.
Decision is final by the time when candidate provides confirmation that they satisfy the criteria for enrolment in a higher year of study at their home Faculty and confirmation of acceptance for study at the host University. Both conformations must be provided by the 25 of September.
6.
The Committee will notify candidates, who have submitted correctly completed applications, of its selection by May 15, 2008. The decision of the Committee is final.
A Scholarship Agreement will be entered into with the selected candidates.

The Coimbra Group, a Brussels-based association of 38 European universities (for the list of Coimbra Group members, please visit our web site www.coimbra-group.eu), is glad to announce the launch of the 2008 edition of its Hospitality Scheme for young researchers from South-East Europe and Ukraine.
This scholarship programme offers short-term visits (1 to 3 months) to scholars from the following countries: Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia and Ukraine. The on-line application process will be open from 1st February to 1st March 2008.
Besides filling the on-line application form, applicants are also requested to send their application package by post and enclose documents (please see brochure for the list of required documents). Please read the Hospitality Scheme 2008 brochure carefully before filling in the on-line application form.
