| ECTS University Coordinator One of the basic “tools” for building up a uniform European educational area is ECTS –European Credit Transfer System, which enables an efficient mobility of students and professors on the European level for national systems throughout Europe. As a university that tries to fulfill completely the Bologna Process Requirements, the University of Zenica opened an ECTS Office during the academic year 2005/06 in the premises of the Rectorate and appointed an ECTS coordinator who is fully responsible for ensuring implementation of the ECTS principles and mechanisms along with the ECTS faculty coordinators.
